don't know what to do

I need some advice for where to start to lose weight. I am recovering from bulimia after a 5 year off and on struggle with it- my 2014 resolution was to quit and so far I have completely met my goal which is great, but also I've been gaining weight during the recovery. I really want to get slim and healthy again. But whenever I restrict myself I literally get so stressed out that sometimes I'll even cry- just from the stress of being restricted, for no reason really. Also it's difficult to count calories sometimes because a lot of the food I eat is from my work where the nutrition info isn't available. But usually what works for me is only eating when I'm hungry, like when my tummy growls. But I haven't been able to stick to that either for various reasons. I don't have the time or money to go get help either, I've been recovering on my own. I want to start exercising on a regular basis, too. But mainly my problem is food. So if anyone can please help me I need advice for what to do.
