I am considering going on maintenence for a little while since I have stopped losing despite doing my best. Do you think a break while still eating well will help?

Losing inches but not pounds.. Unusual?
I had the goal to loss 8 pounds this month. I've lost only 1.5 pounds despite eating well and exercising more (walking 4 miles 4x a week, walking up stairs, pilates). Do you think I can get to 175 by Halloween? I'm currently 194 right now.. Is that a reasonable/seemingly attainable goal? Or does it appear I may be setting myself up for failure? I'm 5'9" if it makes a difference =)

same weight/height.. yet they look smaller.

Lost 50 pounds today!
Just wanted to share. I've been at -49 for about two weeks now and I am so thrilled. 50.7 to be exact... so excited! Only 14 pounds to hit my second weightloss goal of 180.. still high but really low compared to my original 245 in January!!

Im a vegetarian.. How do I not go over in sugar?
I end my day with 70g of sugar. However, this happens on days where I don't eat any sweets.. All the sugar comes from fruit and veggies and skim milk. What do I do?? I've tried keeping the sugar down by eating less fruits but then I dont get all of my calories in. any advice? Is going over ok?

1 large banana (105 calories) 2 large egg whites (17 calories each = 34 calories total) 1/4 tsp all-spice 1/4 - 1/2 tsp cinnomon Splenda It makes 3 and I think theyre super yummy. You can skip the all spice or use sugar in place of splenda! But, as is, it's 139 calories :)

Losing 3 LB per week
I keep heating that it's unhealthy. However, I'm keeping my net cals above 1200 daily and exercise moderately and try to make good food choices.. Should I up the calories to lose 2 a week? I keep hearing that over 2 is bad?

Scale is going down but I look fatter
I've gone from 260 to 201. From 260 to 205 I looked thinner as I lost the weight.. However now I'm still losing weight but I'm starting to look like I've put on a few pounds. What does a period feel like?
This sounds kind of weird but I'm curious. I have not had a period in about 4 years due to getting pregnant/nursing 3 times in a row. So any how, I think I may finally get my TOM back but I'm not sure. I have a swollen stomach (can't hold my stomach in well), gained 1 pound, feel achy, tired, ect.. All normal, I think!
