My family is having a halloween party right now and a lot of junk is served. I ate 1 donut, right now I think I still have an acceptable surplus of calories but I can't have more. How do you resist these evil delights? Btw I'm now obsessing about food in my bedroom. I'm scared if I leave I won't be able to resist.

How often do you screw up?
Last week was a catastrophy. I became sick, I was going over my caloric limit and I didn't exercise enough to compensate. Actually, I barely exercised. Today I had a better day and I feel remarkably better. Still no exercise though. I plan to start tommorow. How often do you screw up? Will I be OK?

What to do?
I'm at my daily limit of caloric intake but I'm hungry. I'm pretty sure it's physical hunger and not desire. What to do? Go exercise to earn calories? Community says it give the wrong signal. Or just stay hungry and accept I can't eat more? I ate some really fatty meals today and now my body is protesting. Oh what to do?

My heart doesn't beat hard enough
So 2 months ago I started cardio, even on minimal resistance my HR skyrocketed to 170+ (I'm 22, male). Now on max resistance I barely reach 150. But I find max resistance uncomfortable so when I do a regular workout at 75% it drops further to 140. Why is this? I'm asking this because my machine says 139 is 70% of my max hr.

2000 calories feels like torture
I started using MFP for 2 weeks now and I saw a pattern in my diet. Averaged out on a week I eat about 2500 calories per day. Sometimes 2800 when i go junk and then next day i don't feel so hungry so only 2400, but average is 2500. Since exercise shouldn't be punishment I try to eat about 2000 calories, that's my BMR. I'm…
