At which point do you consider the TDEE-20 too aggressive?
Just wondering this - as of today I'm down to initial weight - 22 kg, which puts me 3 kg away from my initial goal weight and 8 kg away from my ultimate goal weight. I'm thinking maybe get past the initial goal weight then raise to TDEE - 10%. I've been doing TDEE - 20% for months but the progress is starting to slow.

Psyllium. . . yay or nay?

NSV after a dodgy couple days...
...two days of being constantly starving, pinched nerve in my neck, two days of not wanting to really eat.... Felt better today so retail therapy.... and I'm delighted! these are a much smaller size, and a much different style, and I don't look totally ridiculous! SO STOKED :D t

suddenly starving...
I've coped fine on my cals, barely getting hungry, for months. The last two days I've been starving and eaten up to maintenance both days and been looking for more. I'm pretty much writing it off as the first two days of the hols and my routine changing, but is there another reason hmmmm. Have you been through this?

Excuses, excuses...
Since I started MFP I have heard SO many 'reasons' as to why other people 'can't do what I'm doing - lose weight and get healthy. Given that I have several better reasons why I shouldn't be successful - but am anyway - I find these hard to take.... What excuses have people made to you? - too busy - too hard - too expensive…

nearly 200 days without going over cals...
... but I slipped today. Still wound up under but only coz I'd done a heap of exercise. MAN do I feel ill... won't be doing this again in a hurry! Am probably only 500 cals over what I normally eat but ugh. :(
