New wardrobes....what do you do with your old one?

I'm onto new wardrobe number 3 or 4 since I started losing weight, and I've been just rolling newer smaller (cheap - this gets expensive) clothes in and out every few months. I find it a huge motivation to clear out the old big clothes and usher in newer smaller tighter ones.
I went through what I don't want and was considering selling if but beefore I could my Mum, sister-in-law and a few friends got stuck into it and now theres not enough left to bother with. I'd rather it went to people I know if I'm giving it away but I'm kinda thinking if I can donate the rest to women's refuge or something it might be nice.
Last time I lost weight I donated my old clothes to the Tsunami appeal and they were sent to Samoa...
So what happened to your bigger wardrobe? Any cool stories to share?

No cool stories :-/
I just donate them all to Goodwill. I am certain that I'll never need them again!0 -
If you have clothes suitable for work/interviews, please consider Dress for Success
Your clothes would be going to a woman who is struggling to better her life and needs a suit for a job interview.

I donate my too big clothes to the local women's shelters in my town. There are 2 here and I am so happy to help someone else.0

I donate mine to charity shops. I don't mind giving really good and sometimes barely worn clothes to charity because I remember when, not all that long ago, I was in a position where I couldn't afford to pay retail and I relied solely on charity shops to clothe both me and my daughter. I can't tell you how happy I was when I found clothing items that were almost new and still in good nick. It makes me feel good when I picture a woman finding something I've donated and going oh yay! Lol.0
