My belly has been soooo itchy this week. I don't know why. I know that when you gain weight fast (pregnancy), the skin stretches, which makes it itchy. I just got my very first treadmill (I have little kiddos, so outside walking doesn't work out) and have challenged myself to get in 15 miles this week. I know it isn't much, but for just starting out I think it will be a good goal. Are there any other beginners out here that want to join me?
