Good morning! Today's post is a bit late, I've been catching up around the house, since I didn't have to run my daughter to preschool today.
I didn't see many post updates yesterday, are we losing focus or just wandering off?

As it stands,
millionsofpeaches - 19 miles
alise_lmx - 13.5 miles
rgalloway49 - 10.7 miles
suzandess - 8.8 miles
plunderbunneh - 8.5 miles
lazyspice - 4.1 miles
linbaby4 - 3.4 miles

Have a great day everyone, happy trails and treadmills!

i'm still here with ya! :) ran 3 miles this morning, and thank you to this challenge because I definitely would NOT have done that otherwise. We are going camping for the weekend so normally I would have used the excuse that i'm too busy. But last night I swear to god I sleep in my running clothes, and this morning woke up earlier to get the run in! it felt so good to get it done!

Hope everyone has a great weekend :)

    Way to go alice_lmx!
I pushed for 3.4 miles today. That puts me at 11.9, only 3.1 to go. I had a great time going, pushed for my highest run vs fast walk ration yet, which I feel great about.
I'm a bit dubious if I'll be able to get in those last miles, the ankle got bad enough after my run today that I called and made an appointment with the doc, see if we can't figure out what the heck is going on. My appointment is on Tuesday, so I may try and just sneak in the miles when the pain eases up and it doesn't feel like I'm stepping on crushed glass. Walking usually loosens things up, but so far after today's miles it has been nothing but bad news. Ah well. That's what I get for putting this off for so long.

I'm still here! Got wicked busy and forgot to log.

I think I posted Wednesday, hopefully?

    Thursday was 3
Friday was zero, ran out of time (pun intended)
    Saturday 3.2

Wait!! I just added it up! I hit 15! Barely squeaked by, but I did it!

Thanks PlunderBunneh for setting this up. I probably would have found some excuse not to go as long had it not been for this challenge.

I would love to do this each week and have a different goal each week.
    Thanks for the support. :)

Well done gals! I'm sorry to drop the ball over the weekend, between epic migraine badness and watching a friend's kiddo, I have been a busy panda.
I didn't make my 15 miles this time :( Got to 11.9, but my ankle has been F#$@#@!# painful since that last hour long go. I'm hoping to set up another challenge for next week, but this week I have a doc appointment about the foot so I'm trying to stay off of it. It's much harder then I thought it would be, I just want to hop up and jog a bit.
Anyhow, Add me to your buddy list and I'll get another challenge going next week. <3 to you all! thanks for doing this with me!

Poor you, not much of a weekend for you. Hopefully you've not done too much damage to your ankle and it just needs time to heal - don't push it until it feels much stronger. I damaged a ligament a couple of weeks ago and it's still not right - that's why I had to give the treadmill a miss a couple of days last week. I met the challenge but at a much slower pace than I'm used to - frustrating but better than nothing.

I'm away next week but will be doing lots of walking and this week I shall do 2 or 3 miles a day on the treadmill and try and increase my speed, leg allowing.

Rest, heal and take care of yourself :flowerforyou:
