Conflicted
I started SL 5 x 5 on Monday. I completely understand the concept of a rest day, and my arms will be thanking me tomorrow (darn OHP:grumble: ). BUT i'm in the middle of 30DS (lvl 2 day 4 completed). Should I try to piggyback them into the same day? Or drop the 30DS until I finish the 5 x 5 series?

Ok so I started the SL 5 x 5 yesterday. Technically this is a rest day then...BUT I have to have my daughter @ the YMCA for 2 hrs tonight and I don't want to just sit there. Is cardio ok?

Next question...
Started doing SL 5 x 5 tonight...have been doing 30DS (on day 13). Should I do them on the same day or alternate the 30DS on the days I don't lift? I can't get to the gym until close to 7pm most nights so by the time I'm done there, there is very little time to do much else.

My first NSV
Scale only shows about a 5-7# loss...stupid scale (lol) in ~ 2 weeks. BUT my first NSV loss was realized today when I was able to fit in to my sz 12 Old Navy (no spandex/elastic) jeans without having to lay down, jump up and down, and I can still breathe normally.
