Started again
I did well last year, then thanks to depression, fell off the wagon and stopped dieting, so restarting! Aiming to lose 3 stone, butthe more the better! My calorie allowance is 1470, but so far doing Ok :) Happy for any new friends wanting support!

Eating back excercise calories - whats best?
