Basically, in a rut - have been dieting now for 60 days on MFP, and I had lost a stone, then gained a couple of pounds back, not where I wanted to be at all - still 216lbs - I was hoping to be around the 200lb mark by 7th April. I have excercised until I physically couldn't, I have tried to do half hour excercise a day, I did lose some inches, whcih I have gained a little back this week (but did expect it). I havn't excercised now for a few days as re-tiling the kitchen, so no space for my normal workout, so running up and down stairs and cutting back on calories. MFP reccomended 1690 at first, now thinking of cutting calories down to 1270 and 4 hours excercise a week, and pondering if it will give my body the kick it might need to get back in the game, is it worth it, or just try and keep plodding the way I am? Thankyou loads :)
