Sorry to ask .... TDEE Question

I changed to TDEE a few weeks ago now, and have so far gained 5 pounds since, and its not coming off, I was on 1270 calories and losing slowly, but steadily - have gone calorie wise to 1665 (TDEE -30%), I have been insanely busy at work lately and havn't been excercising as much as I have wanted to at home, but I have been constantly walking/running around work and up and down stairs for 9-10 hours a day at least 6 days a week, and been good with food, even ensuring breakfast is always eaten, and trying to eat more in the day and less in the evening, and i'm getting a tad frustrated now - is it worth holding on to this and hope my body's just plateauing and it might kickstart soon, or does it look like TDEE just doesn't work for me? Measurements did go up half inch all over as well, but have just lost that this week, so thought I would ask as so many people are gain 1200cal diets.
Thanks everyone - sorry for yet another question, I want to win this weight loss battle!
