I was looking at the roadmap to find out weightloss, and got really confused, but was told abut scoobysworkshop to make calculations a bit easier, and i'm currently eating with a goal of 1520 a day (usually around 1400, it was 1580 at first) - I am currently doing workouts 6 days a week using EA Active, rowing machine, and now situps. According to it all, my BMR is 1775, TDEE is 2441 and -25% makes it 1831 calories per day, this seems really high, I lost 8lbs really quickly when I started dieting, (within 3 weeks), and then 5 weeks to lose 6lbs, but gained 2lb this week, and lost inches. Is it worth me trying to up my calories to 2052, or keep where I am using MFP goals? I would like to lose 2 more stone by end of May, but I can see thtas unrealistic now, but wish to lose as much possible before then, then I can just work the rest of the weight off slowly

If your BMR is 1700, I would eat at least that.0
