Jackie Warner 30 day fast fix - how often and results
Hello. I just bought Jackie Warner's dvd 30 day fast fix - with the pyramid workout system. I liked it but it gives no instruction on how frequently to do it? 30 days straight? Combined with our other regular workouts? If anyone here has done it, knows the answer and can share their personal results, I would be grateful :)

setting and achieving "mini goals" does really help!
OK so I hate to admit it, but all of the little tidbits about creating different "mini goals" has really helped me.
