Anyone have it? When do you notice it, at night, after a day of working out? How do you get rid of it? I have to keep shaking the bottom of my legs and turn the AC on. I normally get this at night. I don't think that it's ever happened in the daytime.

Is it difficult to start your 2nd run after walking?
Do you find it difficult to start your 2nd long run after walking? I find that it's easier to just run for 20 mins than it is to run for 5 minutes, then take a 3-minute break, and try to run again for 8 minutes. Anyone else experience this?

I don't get it. I weighed myself this morning and was at 216.2 or 216.4. I went to urinate right after I got off the scale. I weighed myself afterwards, and was 216.8. When I feel my calves burning, I find that I try to stop them from burning by running with my thighs or just lifting them more instead of using my lower legs. Does that make sense? Do you all do that, too to prevent yourself from tiring out?
