When I'm lifting weights with my right hand, there's an annoying squishy sound that I can hear in my upper right side of my chest. Any idea what this is?

I can't think of anything, is there any discomfort or pain during the lifting or afterwards?
And not to get too personal, but do you have an implant? You don't have to answer that, but that's the only thing that I can think of.
If I were experiencing this, I would probably take a bit longer on my warm-up sets for the pec area. And I would do some really lengthy dynamic stretching of the pec area afterwards.
Maybe this reply will provide a bump in which others' may have some suggestions as well?0 -
I don't have an answer, but post in the Eat, Train, Progress group and see what they say. Good luck.0
