I'm stressing out over the holidays and we still have 3 days until christmas. I've been home from uni for 6 days and my weight has gone up 5.5lbs. Running shoes
I run/wear my running shoes at the gym for about 40 minutes 4-5 times a week... how often would you recommend changing them? I've had them since march time, and they were £90 so pretty decent ones! They are still comfy to wear but I just wondered what is the recommended length of time for one pair to last you?! Thanks :)

calf pain
I find that I often get a nasty pain in my calf muscles, particularly when I'm running or doing aerobics...I do these a few times a week so I'm not sure if they are the cause or cure! I try and take it gently when I start to loosen them up a bit but I don't know what else it could be! Any thoughts?!

yoghurt covered fruit
For the last 2 weeks, I've had a bit of a thing for yoghurt covered raspberries, raisins and apricots... what do you reckon, death by sugar? The 'Yu' one's I've been buying taste great and claim to be healthy but I'm kind of more than a little dubious about this!

This might be a stupid question...
but particularly when I run, I get really bad blisters on my feet. I've tried so many shoes styles and made sure they're well fitting etc, but nothings helping at the moment! Does anyone have any bright ideas to stop my feet getting so sore? Thanks!!

MFP Exercise calories
Just wondering, how accurate do you think the allotted exercise calorie consumptions listed on MFP are? I know they probably arent that reliable but are they based on individuals' weights?

Swimming
I'm just suprised that there seems to be little talk in the weightloss world about swimming, compared to tthings like running and exercise dvd's...is this just because they are easier to do at home/cheaply? I've never been a huge swimmer myself but I'm just trying to get into it as I've always been reminded how great it is…
