Thanks for all your advice! Theres definitely some great tips I'll try and hopefully they'll work better than covering my feet in several layers of cotton wool and tape under 2 pairs of socks whcih is what I resorted to today haha!

As a complete chocolate addict, when I get desperate (like everyday lol) I mix together 1 teaspoon of flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa in a mug, then pour in a little hot water so it covers whats in the cup, and stir it together until its like a thin gooey cake mix. I think its probably right, according to the weight-adjusted monitor on the ellipticals at my gym, I can burn 10 calories a min if I push myself. Surprising eh?!

I'm a student nurse and I have exactly the same problem! I usually eat something little before I go and then have a banana or something just before I start. But that still leaves ages until lunch! I'm not very imaginative but you could take fruit salad, a sandwich of some kind or cereal in a lunchbox! and and a little milk…

I'm lazy, I tend to calculate the number of calories I've eaten/burned, and then input them as whatever food/exercise equals the same amount...so I'm only really looking at the net calorie amount, not all the other nutritional info. So I guess thats why I havnt lost as much as MFP tells me I should have :S but then? !
