Italian Spaghetti Squash Deep-Dish Pie

Made this again last night, and I just have to share. It's sooo delicious. A spaghetti squash "crust" topped with your favorite pizza toppings (I use pesto, spinach, sundried tomatoes, feta, mozza and spicy chicken!)
