I have noticed since starting level 2 of 30 day shred my right hip is in horrible pain after my work out. Started level 2 of 30 day shred tonight. Owwie is what I have to say! I was drenched in sweat too! Think I burned more than what I logged but I will keep it logged under circuit training. How is everyone one else doing?

Do you burn any calories standing/setting in 100 plus degree weather?? Yesterday it hit 109 where I live and I sweated from noon til almost midnight yesterday. It was MISERABLE! Just wondering if you burn calories this way? I know setting in a sauna people lose weight and that's basically what it felt like yesterday.
