Am i really logging correctly?!?

I try my best to log everything to a T but looking at the scale doesn't reflect that I am logging correct. I feel like i am eating way to much sometimes, but when i log it, it doesn't say I am. Last week i gained .4 lbs but i was also on monthly so not sure if i gained from that or food intake. I am just wanting to see the scale go down!! When i see this it just inspires me to keep on! Anyone else out there like this?

    I NEVER weigh myself during monthly because I've gone up as much as 3 lbs!!! Darn TOM!!! I wouldn't even consider that a gain either. Our bodies fluctuate and that's normal. If you have a slightly bigger dinner the night before, even if you are under calories, can sometimes cause a weight gain the next day because the food hasn't totally digested or been eliminated yet!!! I wouldn't consider that to be a "gain"!!!
