Started this journey back in the beginning of Nov 2011 and here we are in the middle of Feb. I started out at my heaviest weight of 196lbs and soooo miserable with how i looked! I was almost depressed b/c i was so big. I am now down to 180lbs not a lot of weight that i have lost but i went from a size 13 jeans to a size 11. In shirts i was in XL and now i can fit in some M and larges are big on me. Somedays I look at myself and just don't see the weight loss but I know I have lost weight and hope to continue to. I am no where near where i want to be but hope to one day have a huge success story.
