Do you burn any calories standing/setting in 100 plus degree weather?? Yesterday it hit 109 where I live and I sweated from noon til almost midnight yesterday. It was MISERABLE! Just wondering if you burn calories this way? I know setting in a sauna people lose weight and that's basically what it felt like yesterday.

No. You will lose water weight if not hydrating properly, but the amount of sweat produced has no direct affect on calorie burn. It takes an elevated heart-rate and increased oxygen consumption to burn calories.
Similarly, a sauna will only help you lose water-weight. No evidence of significantly elevated calorie burn has been tied to sitting in a sauna.0
