Thank you everyone!! londanfudd4ev: I have just been walking a lot at work *i work at a daycare* and counting calories. My calorie intake is 1600 and if i am hungry that day more than usual i eat back my exercise calories too. I don't do a whole lot of exercising really but I need to so i can speed this weight loss up!
