30 day shred and pain in my hip...

I have noticed since starting level 2 of 30 day shred my right hip is in horrible pain after my work out. Its like a sharp pain that hits out of no where while I'm standing or if I sleep on the sore hip. Didn't know if I should be concerned or just push through. Has anyone else had pain in their hip after the work out? Is it normal, like the pain i had in my thighs when I first began was normal? Just curious.
