Why can't I stop eating sugar??

Today I really wanted a binge. My parents have ice cream, fudge, chocolate bars etc in. And I have gone upstairs to hula hoop instead and distract myself. I brushed my teeth also to help and im still craving something sugary but I wont give in because I know im not hungry! x

Don't want to lose muscle
Im currently on 1300 ish calories (was on 1200 but im at my goal weight) but im scared ive lost muscle while doing such low cal diet. taking a week off due to illness
We'll after my pig out on Sunday I felt really guilty but thought it'd be fine cos I can work it off this week.... And now I'm ill. Has anyone had to not work out for about a week due to illness? I'm a bit paranoid about gaining weight and losing muscle. :(
