6 week 6 pack diet plan?

Helloo,

Not sure if this is the best place to be posting this but I will be starting this jillian dvd soon and I wanted to know what i should be eating or how much etc etc??

    Hey! I listen to alot of her podcasts. She just wants you to eat whole natural foods the whole time. I did the 30 day shred and the diet basicaly goes like this: cut out coffee sugar and alcohol and reduce sodium to 1500mg a day max and control you calories to fit your BMR requierments

    Breakfast: all bran, low fat milk/ oatmeal/ omelette

    snacks: peanut butter and an apple/ cottage cheese on wasa crackers/ raw nuts/ low fat yogurt/ devilled eggs/ carrots and hummus etc

    Lunch: turkey/tuna/any protein sandwhich in whole wheat bread/ salmon salad/ chicken salad/ hummus and veggie wrap + a piece of fruit

    Dinner: wild rice and chicken/ whole wheat noodles and shrimp/ any wholegrain + protein and add to tat lots of veggies.
