I did it! I reached my goal of weighing 150 pounds. I started here in January and my first initial weight was 208 pounds. This morning I hit my goal (150 pounds) and weighed in at 149.5! What are some foods low in sodium?
I'm starting to look at my sodium intake and it's very very high! What are some foods and snacks that contain little to no sodium that won't derail my efforts? I drink a lot of water - 8 to 10 glasses a day usually so would more water help "flush" out the sodium as well?
