Sooo my Gold's Gym Workout scale AND my Wii Fit scale have said I am 192lbs.
I bought a digital scale today and it says I am 208!!!!! WTH?
I can't believe I am over 200... This means I've either gained that much or just haven't been losing at all and the Wii fit board sucks.
Any ideas????? Help

First off, please don't get too frustrated!! All scales are different! I understand your frustration, but numbers are JUST that....NUMBERS. They don't define how your clothes fit or how you feel about yourself.
How often do you weigh yourself? There are days when my scale has an 8lb difference from 2 nights before! It could be as simple as retaining water!
I would just stick to ONE scale, ONE time a week. I would also suggest taking measurements. They are a lot more accurate, especially when you don't see the scale moving. If you've been working out a lot, you may have even GAINED weight from muscle. At any rate, keep your hopes up!0 -
Thank you for your support! I try not to get frustrated, but it is difficult, especially now I am dreading changing my weight on here since it had seemed that I'd lost 7 pounds.. Putting it to 208 is going to hurt0

If your gym scale and your wii scale both say the same thing have you double checked that your new scale is correct? I have 10 or 25 pound weights I occasionally put on mine just to make sure it's still calibrated correctly. I had this happen to me several years ago. I'd lost 20 pounds and bought a new scale only to find out that I had actually weighed more to begin with. It stings at first but keep working and pretty soon you'll be able to tell that thing off! And if MFP says you've lost some, then you have lost some!0
