want to start measuring my inches but how?

Hi

I haven't been seeing great results with the scale... maybe have lost about 3 lbs in the past month but everyone keeps saying when you measure yourself, you see results much more. i want to get a measuring tape and do this but my question is..

WHERE DO I MEASURE?

What part of your arms, legs, waist, stomach, boobs, etc?
Do you do this every week? I figured I'd just do it the same day I weigh myself.

Any and all suggestions are welcome.
