i usually switch back and fourth every few weeks.. pandora (pop and hip hop power workout radio) or Podcasts (nerdist, totally laime, married, beverages)... i like to hav something playing.. what are ur favorites (stations, pods)?

Mynt Core Protein Powder?
A friend of mine gave me a bag of this powder.. it tastes super great.. but it only has 15 g of protein (per scoop), 7 carbs, 5g of sugar... my other friend kind gave me the impression that its not a good protein to use, and can't find ANY reviews on it because its part of the MLM thing.. is it good or bad or whatever for you.. i tend to stay low on it and only eat it when i hav my greek yogurt…other than that i stick to almond milk, which is still a minimum..

cardio.. high heart rate
at the gym i usually do 30-45 mins of machines and weights followed by 20 mins of cardio.. when i do cardio i try and push myself and not take it super easy… my heart rate gets pretty high.. like 185-195. when it gets that high i slow down and let it gat back down to about 170.. i know that it will get better if i keep…

i really trying not to focus on the number, instead on toning up and leaning out… i wish that MFP had an inches lost thing instead of pounds lost..
