No food is good for you or bad for you, it's about eating sensibly. I can't drink milk because I hate the taste, but I have cheese every day (double cream Brie, smoked gouda, or string cheese), two or three cups of Greek yogurt every day, but usually not ice cream as the cold makes my teeth ache. I can't imagine not eating dairy, as much as I want to. Log it, enjoy it, stay in your calorie goals, no problem.

Are you lactose intolerant? If yes, then it's bad for you, unless you buy the lactose-free variety!

In general, it's a great source of calcium in milk form and also a great source of protein in yogurt form. It's tasty in cheese or coffee or ice cream, and goes well with cereal or oatmeal. Whether to get 0% (minimizing saturated fat) or unprocssed whole milk is an interesting choice. Get your calcium, do as you like. :)
