Intek Protein?

Iv been using Intek for the past 2+ weeks. I like it ok, once i got over the sweetness factor… Last night i was at nutrishop getting my husband a protein powder and i told the guy there that I have Intek and he said "you hav to be careful with that stuff, did you gain weight?" (i havnt) then he told me that they are in a lawsuit.. i can't really find much info on google about it… wondering if anyone knows anything? or if anyone has used it and how they like it?
Part of me just thinks that since nutrishop doesn't carry it he is just talking crap on it since i got it at nutrition for less.

intek protein i havnt heard anything bad about to be honest, but i also havnt heard anything good about it either, so ya never know, but it also depends on your goals and your fitness levels.

he is probably basing it on a sedentary lifestyle, or people that dont work out as much, i have used a mass gainer to cut weight before, it just depends on your exercise regiment and your calorie intake, people were probably gaining because they were eating their calorie base and also doing that on top of it, or taking it at the wrong times

I've been using it for a couple years now, just about every day. I've noticed no weight gain that I couldnt otherwise attribute to my own tendency to overeat. There's lots of people who have commented on it over at the bodybuilding.com forum
