Weight lifting
In the work out tracking portion they count calories for cardio but there is no tracking for weight lifting. How can I calculate the other half of my daily workout?

Increasing workouts
I just have a paranoid question. I'm on day 50 and have upped my workout four times. All these times it felt needed. I would like to avoid burnout or injury, so I want to make sure that I'm doing the right thing. I'm likely being overly concerned, but I like to avoid pit falls if I can. Thanks ahead of time.

Tips about salt
This isn't a health issue but in my logs I'm seeing that I'm going over recommended salt rather often. I don't add salt to my food and I don't eat alot that I generally think of as salty. Any tips for getting that balance with salt seeming to be in EVERYTHING?

Assumed water weight

Basic question. I'm doing very well with working out and all that but I am having serious issues getting enough protein. Are there simple ways to get that without going full on carnivore?
