Dealing with aggregation and not giving in
I’m going through very aggravating episode right now with my significant other. I feel like going out and getting something really fattening to eat or even worse lighting up a cigarette. How do you deal with aggravating episodes and making sure they don’t close you to give into failure.

Bloated when eating less?

How accurate as body fat analyzers?
Yesterday, at my gym, I stepped on one of those expensive body fat analyzer's that give you all the details of your body weight, ect.... To my shock, my body fat percentage went up to 29.9%!! I can't believe it. I've been trying to cut back on fattening foods and go to the gym. I don't understand why I gained body fat. So…

Bell fat not going down
I’m really discouraged. The belly fat is not going down and I have not lost one pound even though I exercise and reduce calories.

I gained weight again I'm so angry at myself!
I lost a lot of weight... I went from 200 lbs down to 175. I felt and looked great! But now I am back to 190! This might be partly due to the fact that I quit smoking! I also ate wrong! I want to get down between 165lbs to 170lbs!

I have been slipping up for a while. I need to get on the right track again. Tonight I am listing most of the foods I am eating tomorrow as well as the exercise. I am going to try to do this for a while to get the ball rolling again in my weight loss.

Logging Running?

Starving after burning calories?
What is a person to do after she/he is starving after burning calories from exercise? In other words, say you burned off the EXTRA calories you consumed by exercise but want to consume those calories again, how do you deal with he temptation? I suppose this is why water is so important.

Evening Anxiety Eating!
I always eat out of anxiety after 6:00 PM. I don't know what triggers me. My day would go great if only I could CONTROL myself during these hours. I end up ruining my day because I go into this panic and start eating in the evening! :sad:

Time for me to start losing fat again!
Tomorrow I want to be back on the weight/fat losing life style! It's time to start eating within my correct caloric intake, exercising and eating the right foods. No more sabotaging. It's not going to be easy. It's possible and I will do it. Any suggestions?
