I need to lose inches!!

I need motivation to lose inches on my gut!! I was doing well for a time. But I went backwards.
I need motivation!!

  • Figure out what went wrong the last time. Create a sustainable exercise plan you will regularly do. Consider kicking up the intensity of your work outs. Try adding new things to keep you interested. Log consistently and accurately. Be patient.

    It's all about food. Make a plan you can follow and take it one day at at time. One hour at a time, if you need too.
