Owww my thighs hurt after running !
I'm new to running but can do 40 mins elliptical and other cardio no problem. Yesterday I ran a couple of miles, all ok. Today I ran 3.2 miles and the top front of my thighs are both killing. Hi. Is anyone doing the ADF diet? You eat 500 cal one day then 1500+ the next? Apparently it was on tv as the next big thing.
