Bleh.

I did levels 1 and 2 with no problem. Level 1 always seemed to give me the best strength work out, but completed level 2

Now level 3 has me really confused. Some of the moves are so easy that there feels little effort and some so difficult that I can't do them.

Examples of easy, travelling push up, plank raises, most of the floor stuff, all abs except scissor legs.
Too hard plank jumps (climbers), jumping jacks with weights, boxing with weights. I can't think of the others now but has anyone else found themselves thinking that levels 1 and 2 were better workouts ?
I tried reducing the weights down to 9lbs but still can't do jacks. Ended up using a 5.5lb weight disk in each hand.
I'm gonna have one last go later with heavier weights for the 'strength' and like 5lb weights for the jacks and see how it goes.

If not, I am abandoning ship and setting course for insanity. Can't see the point in carrying on for another week with a workout that isn't sufficiently challenging.

Thoughts pls
