RAN IT
I ran the 1/2 marathon yesterday.. my first ever.. I was determined to run it in under 2 hours and 15 min... But didn't do as well as I thought.. was a lot of hills etc.. but I finished and that is the point right!? 2 hours and 41 min! Was so happy to have that done with... never again lol!!

Frist ever half marathon....
I am scared out of my mind for my first ever half marathon (13.1) miles this Sunday (4/29).. I ran 8 miles on sunday did pretty well and today did 2 miles .. I am thinkin maybe on thurs running 3 miles then waiting till race day to do the 13.1... what do other people think and help me with the nerves!!

I was running yesterday (did 8.2 miles) but 1/2 way through my left hip started bothering me.. I am overweight (194lbs) but has that happened to anyone else.. it is still bothering me today.. anything normal or?!?! should I continue exercising on it?!

Why is this not working...
So eventhough you burn/eat less than 3500 cals a week why am I not losing a lb or anything? You can look at my food journal.. I believe I am making the right choices and sometimes my workouts dont show as much as I do on here because I don't know how to log them.. I need a HRM I know but... geesh!

I just got the fitbit and I was wondering from anyone who has one..does it know and accurately count the right calories for say a kickboxing class etc?? And why would u stop and start the thing unless you are done for the day? Am I supposed to stop it when I sit? TIA!
