Ok trying to eat less processed stuff again.. lol.. I need to have about 500 cals more to my diary.. what is high cals but not processed that I can add??

    -Nuts/nut butters
    -Olive/coconut oil
    -Avocado
    -Chia seeds
    -Full fat dairy

    - eggs
    - fruits/vegetables
    - beans/legumes
    - lentils

    Add a smoothie with protein powder. My morning staple is a little over 500 calories
