I think i need more friends! I need some encouragement and help to get down under 200! I only need to lose 5 more lbs and I am dying trying to get there! Friend me and help me on this journey of mine!

    Hi There, I took a look at your food/exercise diary. I am new to this too, but I have a few tips for you that might help you over this hump. I see that you don't eat your exercise calories back, now I am not one who thinks you should eat them all back... But What I think works best is to Zig Zag. So maybe eat them back one or two days a week... And try eating cleaner, meaining, eat more fresh fruits and veggies instead of processed foods. Also cut back on dairy. It works amazing! Eat more lean protein.. Chicken and Turkey. I have three kids as well. So what works best for me is to keep a huge bag of salad in the fridge at all times, and pre cut fresh veggies in portioned baggies. Also cook a bunch of chicken breasts in the oven at one time, and portion them out into 4 oz servings. You can freeze some and keep some in the fridge. I hope some of this helps you. You are doing GREAT!

    Plateaus are a motivation killer. Keep at it, try zigzagging calories, mix up your exercise routine and you will see things happen. Sometimes sooner, sometimes a little while longer. Keep it up, took me 15 months to get down 65 lbs.
