Is it ok for me to workout during my cold? I really don't feel like adding in an extra rest day this week and feel as if I'll go stir crazy if I can't make it to the gym today

5'4-5'5 women goal weight

should i avoid abdominal exercises
i have lost several pounds and it showing in my stomach, i was told not to do any type of abdominal exercises till i lose more weight due to building muscle under the fat, is this true if not help.

Not eating enough calories
I'm afraid I'm not intaking enough calories a day. My problem is that i think my body adjusted to my small portions that when I try to eat more I feel too full and nausous. What should I do?

The little things
I just ran my furthest distance of 6 miles in under an hour. It's crazy just to think that I couldn't even run a little more than half a mile without feeling like my heart was going to pop out of my chest a few months ago. Its the little things like this that keeps me motivated. :D

cheat meals
I've never really done the whole planned cheat meal thing. How often should I have one? My only concern is that if I fall off my diet I may not stop with just one meal and go on a binge :(

I've heard a bunch of different things on when your body goes into starvation mode and slows down the metabolism. When and how does this actually happen?

Should I start crossfit?
I'm debating if I should start crossfit. Right now I weight train about 2-3 times a week and do on 3-4 mile run three times as well. At school I had a trainer once a week. Will joining a crossfit box help me lose more weight or should I continue what I'm doing?

Need help finding a middle ground
I've been having the problem that I either binge eat until I feel sick or restrict and excessively work out until I'm burnt out. Does anyone else have this problem and have any ideas on how I can somehow come to a happy middle?

Increased thirst and going to the bathroom
Recently I noticed that I am constanstly thirsty. I cannot go an hour at work without filling up my 20oz water bottle. Soon after, anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, I have to use the bathroom. Is this ok and normal?
