hurt my back .. exercise or not
I have been working around the house cleaning. Nothing to bad. But i hurt my lower back. It feels ok and then all of a sudden its a sharp pain.

why i feel so funny.
I went out to eat with the kids. We ate at Buffalo wild wings. I ate the Asian Zinc chicken salad. (Very good). But 4 hours later. I started to feel really fun, light headed. Not really sure why. But im wondering if I didn't eat ennough carbs in my lunch. What do you guys think?

trying to get back into working out/ after a lot of bad news
Just got back from a wonderful trip with family. Then a family member killed in accident. Having a hard time getting back into gym. I really want to lose weight. But having a hard time getting myself to the gym. Any ideas. Help.

I want to run so bad. But i start out ok. I start out walking, for 7 minutes at 3.5 speed. Then i push it up to 5.0 speed. Start running. But it seems like i can not stay there to long. Like a minute. I think im getting bord. Granted im new at this. I want to be able to run with my son for 2 miles by this May. I have not…

I work out at night. Sometimes it gets to be around 10:00pm by the time im done. So do i still eat my exercise calories, that late at night.

Fill a 2 gallon pitcher with cold water 15 mint leaves 1 thin sliced lemon 1 medium. Cucumber thin sliced 1tsp. Fresh ground ginger root. Put in fridge over night. Drink all the next day. Repeat for 3 days.

My trip is coming closer. But it feels like im falling apart. Im finding that things are so busy and i don't have much time for my work out. Im still staying in my calorie limit. I just need to stay on top of it or i will gain it all back. . Does anyone have any ideas what to do.
