I thought i was watching my food so good. Then i looked and i was way over on my sugar.
I just don't get it... i can see iron, protein. But not sugar....

    Depends largely on what you're eating. Some things that might seem healthy, like potatoes and carrots have sugars in them. Don't beat yourself up if you are eating right and staying below your calories intake. If the sugars a simple, like from fruits and veggies, I wouldn't sweat it. Keep on plugging along.

    If it's fruits and veg that are causing you to go over on sugar I wouldn't worry about it, it's the processed stuff you need to watch. Plus, it's important to note that the MFP daily allowance is very low - much lower than government recommendations. :wink:
