back to working out

I have been gone for a week. No chance to workout. So im back again, ready to start again. So do i need to start out slow or can i just start where i left off?

    Hey,

    You should be ok to just carry on where you were...just warm up properly and warm down thoroughly too.Good luck.

    You should be fine. I haven't worked out much over the last 2 weeks due to being sick. I worked out last night and was just fine! Don't feel bad that you didn't work out......can't change the past. Just get back into it!! Welcome back!

    Its hard. I have alot of stress going on. So i feel like i should eat all the time... any ideas what to do?
