why I was gaining my weight back. I dont want to be one of them. I have gained 10 back, working hard to get it off. Are they undisciplined or life stresses getting to them. What do you think, kind of depressing but I dont think it has to be this way if we are vigilant.

filling foods
I go to work at 7a.m. , have break around 11 and home at 1:30 for lunch. By then I am starved and eat too much. I eat good breakfast, turkey bacon,eggs or oatmeal and break usually hard boiled egg or pretzles and by the time I get home for lunch at 1:30 I am starved. Any suggestions to some filling foods?

I never wear stretch pants, this makes me aware when I am gaining weight I dont eat after 6 I have learned to say No when my husband wants to order pizza and I dont Please give me some more tips.

I seem to do pretty well during the week but I guess with spare time on my hands I get in trouble and I am going to have to say No to my husband when he wants to go eat fatening foods. I use to make him take pizza downstairs.
