new, trying not to regain weight

I lost 40 lbs 2 years ago, I feel my body wants to regain the weight. I have gained 10 lb back in the last few months,xmas and all. I am thinking about trying protein shakes or slim fit bars, anyone tried them. I know I need to get on track fast before I gain the weight back, guess I got complacent.

    Those things never work. It's basically just cutting calories & eating right. This site seems like it makes sense. Weight Watchers is really good too. Good luck. Don't give up.:flowerforyou:

    :drinker: Track what you eat, and Move More. Eat 'Normal' Food, and you will be fine.
