Don't eliminate any food including pizza...fit them in or exercise harder. Drink lots of water.0

Think "PRO" when you're planning snacks and meals. PROduce and PROtien. Make those the largest portions of your day, with carbs and fats following.0

Eat your exercise calories.
No foods are off-limits, just fit them within your daily goals.
Find several snacks you like that are 200 calories or under, and use them when you're hungry to fill in the gaps between meals without making impulsive choices that will probably be worse for you.
Research before going out, and pre-plan restaurant/fast food meals that will keep you within your daily allotment. It's a shock to get home and find out that salad with grilled chicken had more calories than a burger and small fries. Especially if you really wanted the burger...
If you find yourself obsessing about food, go for a walk. It'll distract you, and hey, you'll burn some more calories to eat back later.0 -
If you have the munchies, but you know that you aren't actually hungry...go full dental. Floss and brush really really well. Take your time and do a really good job. The toothpaste numbs your tongue and nothing will seem appetizing afterward. And after spending so much time taking care of your mouth, you won't want to get food stuck in your teeth. And it takes your mind off of eating just long enough to break through the urge.0
