I went to Victoria's Secret and I've always been a 36C or D, sometimes 35 but then they round it up. Today I went and the lady asked what size I usually wear and I told her a 36 C or D. She measured me and said " Well you're definitely a 34D, so the 36 won't fit you right anymore." So happy :)

20 pounds for summertime

All day i can walk away from a cookie....i can eat perfectly within my diet and calories. does it matter what time of day i eat my calories?
I find myself not really having so much time for lunch so i usually do breakfast snack and dinner. My dinner is quite large cuz I have a ton of calories left...does it matter what time of day I'm eating or how my meals r spaced?

Is there any way to get your period without getting fatter?
Soooo....1 week before my period my weight loss stalls. Then two days before I get the appetite of a monster and the cravings of a pregnant lady which leads me to eat an ungodly amount. On top of that I'm retaining a ton of water and when my period finally does come I'm a balloon...a very sad balloon :(

losing patience
I'm eating more or less clean. Excercising 3 times a week 1.5 to 3 hours on those days. I'm getting a bit more toned but I'm stuck at the same numbers for over a month and it's frustrating because all I really want is to lose weight. Any tips on how to speed up weight loss?

calorie intake

I always leave with an empty plate and a full belly. Then i feel like ****...and i hate going to these things for that reason. why is it sooo hard to control myself when im perfect every other day?

Has anybody ever tried so hard only to see the scale go up? It's like no matter what I do or hoow hard I try I'll always be fat. cheat day?
will a cheat day once a weak destroy my diet? the reason i want to do this is so I know my body will still be a able to maintain my weight even if i eat sweets once in when i finally reach my goal weight. I don't want it to be like - eat a donut gain 2 pounds.....
