i ALWAYS without fail screw up on weekends....any ideas on how not to? it's so frustrating

I know how it feels !! It's my first weekend since I joint MFP. I was behaving quite well until the weekend, Oppss!! My "Weekend Planning" is to allow myself to sort of "enjoy" without crossing the border. Then I TRY to slot in some exercise0

What's different about weekends? Is it because you are out with friends? Or bored with nothing to do?0

Zigzag your calories so you have 2 high days for the weekend. I pay more attention to my weekly deficit than daily, which makes splurges, going out to dinner with friends easier to fit into my week. Or figure out how much you go over on weekends and up your exercise.0
