After being sick for a week, I was finally able to exercise today. I burnt 480 cal doing 50 minutes on the elliptical. I also burnt another 200cal walking to the grocery store and back to pick up fish for tomorrow. It feels so good to get those extra calories!!! Okay, so yesterday I had a bad day. Although I didn't eat any "junk" food, I still managed to eat just under 1100 calories extra. tartar sauce
I am having broiled fish (Tilapia) for dinner tonight and I wanted a little something to give it oumf so I decided to make myself some tartar sauce for 1. 1 tbsp of low fat mayo 30 cals 1 tsp of relish 7.5 cals 1 tsp of finely chopped onion 2 cals Mix together and voila! I'm in heaven...for only 40 cals!

I didn't eat any chips..
As a child, whenever we were sick my mom would always have a bowl of salty chips for us. It's so psychological for me as an adult because every single time I get a cold, I want my plain ruffle chips! I'm not going to lie, I wanted them but I didn't have any, not even one. This is huge for me. Yeah baby!
